Both Melissa and Teresa admitted that they were not close. Teresa asking at a point of reconciliation whether Melissa wanted to be in the bridal party was an opening. To Teresa, Melissa did not care to be in the bridal party - so now she was both asking and offering to include her. If it was important to Melissa, then she should have said yes and joined the bridal party. Melissa said no, because it was not important to her, her ego was too involved, and it was more about scoring points than actually participating in the wedding. Danielle correctly recounted that Jackie looked her up and down to the group, and Jackie takes this as an opening to degrade Danielle's fashion sense. Yet in Jackie's telling, Danielle is the one with a problem who "could have been an adult and called." In what universe? I generally like Margaret, but this luncheon shows which women have real mean streaks.

Finally, being aired? The season just started... nothing's really been aired yet... I don't doubt Melissa wanted to get on this show... but the Teresa and Melissa saga is not the root to their issues. The root cause is that Teresa cannot accept the fact that her baby brother has another woman that comes first, and it isn't her. I have never liked Jackie! Ever! Since her first season she has tried to one up Teresa and on her first reunion she knows Teresa is not quick with her words and used that to her advantage. I noticed she looks people up and down she didn't just do it to Danielle I have caught her doing it other times on other seasons.
