I use a glass pad to roll out inks on when applying the second layer then onto the gel plate, it prevents big blotches and gives you more control, if thats not what you are trying to achieve.

Fabulous prints. I think the one with the antique brass paint is my favourite, such shiny metallic 😍

i love your music too. i could watch you create all day. have you tried using the Alcohol mixatives with the alcohol inks, instead of the metalic paint? just curious, i will try that as well. and do you clean your stencils or do you not care?? my OCD comes out.... *wink* thanks for sharing your creativity!!

Absolutely gorgeous Teresa -- have never seen that particular technique of applying the inks twice -- so beautiful! Thanks for sharing the process ❤️

Try archive ink cleaner. It even removes waterproof paint. Plus try applying with round dobbers instead of splurging on the surface

I’m hoping to get a gelli plate soon so have been doing my research about techniques! I love your work. Please could you tell me whether you need to dry off the ink/paint between layers. Also, could you recommend a book about gelli printing? Thank you.

Those are so beautiful! I love all of your prints!! Well done! I do think you should leave them as is. I don't like the sentiments. I think it takes away from your beautiful prints! ❤️🌸😊

Love this. I noticed that you were so good about lining up for the second pull of the print. Do you have any tips on how you do that so well. I have a hard time with this. 😊

You are so very talented, I enjoy watching your videos! This video has too much introduction, though... you were 6+ minutes into it before you started playing! The information is your intro is good, I just get eager to see "the good stuff!"

I wonder if you could try putting a stencil on top of your acrylic paint, and lifting off some of the paint through the stencil, then lifting the print
@TeresaMorgan2 жыл бұрын
You could do that, but bear in mind that the paint is lifting the ink off the plate, so any areas without paint would also not have the ink on the finished print.

Good video but would have been much better by cutting out the unneeded product descriptions. Found myself fast forwarding thru a lot.
