Skai was the best in my opinion. Hydro electrolysis is the future. 1000 watts of power ( per hour) for a total of 4 hours is 1/3rd the rate of your house. The car travels 200 mph and can go 400 miles and sits 5. They looked like they figured it out . Plus they offer a better deal than the rest

Molt Taylor produced an aero car back in the 1940s. Basically a small car that attached to wings and fuselage to produce a high wing strut braced monoplane with push propellor. You can find videos on KZbin about it.
