I will always love and cherish those 2 movies that are the best in the series. The later prequels sequels are not good or better than those 2 awesome movies and they created a new big universe for the Terminator with video games, series, books, and millions of fans all over the world. Keep up the awesome work and continue with the 80s 90s oldies that rule when back then they knew to make awesome movies and series...👏👏🙌🙌

Read a couple of facts that bummed me out a few months back. - The cast of Friends are all now older than the youngest Golden Girl(Rue McClanahan) was at the time of that sitcom's beginning. - Keanu Reeves is three years older than Abraham Lincoln was at the time of his assassination.

I think about that, too. They say that “none of us make it out of this life alive.” But that doesn’t have to be true. We can live forever. Read Acts chapter 2 in the Bible to find out how. The “gift” is eternal life, and it’s free to everyone. There is purpose in this life.

To be fair, her T2 character was the "woke" of the day. She blames everything on men as bringers of war and death, incapable and ignorant of the value of life. The important difference being something unfamiliar to modern woke: character development. In T2 she gets over her trauma and accepts the Terminator as a father, seeing the effect on John. And with bittersweet irony, he also walks out on them, once his job is done. In a way, he was also sent to help both of them survive, and that's probably why the Terminator was upgraded with things like psychology. John knew how hard his life was and wanted his younger self to experience something like a real dad.

What's interesting to me about T2, is that it takes place in 1995, yet you can tell that it was filmed from 1990 to 1991, because of distinctive elements from that time period. The Pepsi can held by a Cyberdyne employee has the old logo which was changed in September of 1991, a few months after T2 was released. The irony is that the actors all played their part in the movie world about Time and Time too plays with them in the real world.

I wish there was one for the biker bar waitress who "likes what she sees" when Arnold walks in.😆 Also, wtf is up with all those heart attacks? It's like one of those cursed-movie urban legends. Almost every deceased actor had a heart attack. Pretty wild🤔

Terminator 2 is probably my favorite movie of all time. Furlong did a good job in the movie playing young John Connor, but doesn't need to come back to play adult. If anything, Furlong can't play him because he refused to grow up. I'll keep saying this until it happens, but Norman Reedus would make the perfect adult John Connor in a future war Terminator movie if they ever do one. It can be a prequel to the first two films where the end of the movie or trilogy, they have to send Arnie back to save young John Connor. Reese will need to go back also to protect Sarah. I will let the filmmakers decide how that goes down.
@Fonzflicks Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the likes. Would also like to add, while I really liked Terminator 2’s Future War intro, it can be interpreted as Sarah’s imagination. A future she envisions of the war with John after being told by Reese. So the future war is still open to interpretation.

Norman Reedus looks much more like Robert Patrick (T-1000) to me, which is sorta ironic.
@Fonzflicks Жыл бұрын
@@securityboothcampbellhall3374 Interesting. Can’t see the similarity imo. I think Reedus kind of reminded me of Furlong in Blade 2 if he grew up. Funny, if you play Terminator Resistance, you get an Easter egg of who the T-1000 was. Patrick was a resistance fighter kidnapped by the machines and experimented on to create the T-1000.

@@FonzflicksI actually consider Terminator Resistance along with its Annihilation Line DLC to be the “true” 3rd terminator movie and disregard everything else after it.

I definitely believe Edward Furlong was abused by someone powerful in Hollywood 😞 he had so much talent that exuded from him as a child 😞 it’s awful what happened to him 😞

It's the price to pay for young actors when joining this business.
@brudel001 Жыл бұрын
Well everybody are used is hollywood. But the outcome is what pretty much happens to all child stars - wether they are actor or singer. At teenage years they often have more money than some average person makes in a lifetime and that messes young minds up - you get everything that money can buy so fast that at some point life seems to lose purpose. Then they turn into drugs and bad habits and the outcome is that at 40 they look like 60 - burned out.
@h1ob355 Жыл бұрын
Away from being eye candy I never saw him as an outstanding actor. An ugly boy with the same talent would never have been cast for the role. Producers know what triggers the audience ... better than the audience itself. It´s not necessarily talent.
