Very SLOW and inefficient. XCENTRIC RIPPER is the fastest way for 300 ton per hour production.

Mani Kumar Pradhan google XCENTRIC VIBRATING RIPPER. Many videos on you tube. I have studied these for hours. They make many sizes . The EX 40 is the most common to fit all job applications. You will not regret this information, nor go back to hydraulic hammer ever again.

@@roberthillyer2888 My main interest is to choose between terminator hammer, Xcentric ripper and use of blasting to extract minerals/rocks, which one of this would be most efficient in terms of time and cost. Thanks for your response

Mani Kumar Pradhan I had used the EX 40 model some years back. Unless you are in solid granite or rock without fishers or seams. Blasting is the way to go to move large amounts of materials. For the majority of rock here: limestone, red shale etc. as long as there are cracks in the rocks, it does not pay to drill and blast. Very costly, we found we just threw good profits away.one machine with vibrating ripper can support an army of equipment. It's faster and more efficient at cost per ton. Although a big investment. But if you have the work, this is a no brained to me.

Dear sir, please look at their website www.xcentricripper.com these units are made in Spain. They have modified and improved since the 40 model I ran. Now the numbers have a 2 at the end. Their sight is easy to navigate. But I tried to find a chart that had the production per ton per model. I know it's there. Please do your research and homework. I believe you will be very impressed.
