I always really dug the 1980`s version of Obsession by Animotion and then last week i was sitting and surfing the TV channels and quite by accident stopped on MK and was transfixed as if by magic. I listened and by the end of the song i was addicted to this version of the song as if it were a virus! You kick ass. I may be getting old but there is still a rockers heart beating in here. Thanks for a frikkin outstanding version of an all mighty tune. Its amped up proper. Mike.

Awesome cover guys - more people need to hear this! And yes, it is patterned after Micheal Des Barres and Holly Knight's version. I like all three versions even though Animotion's is the one that put it out there to the masses. I loved their long version as well with the killer guitar solo that was edited out of the hit version.

I'm not normally a fan of covers, they usually sound like the band is just trying to tweak a song just enough to make it sound a little different.
