Some call them elephant ears, we call them pig ears, but all that matters is that they are delicious. We start by rolling out a large sheet of pastry dough. The dough is brushed, made wet, sprinkled with sugar, and layer with fresh fragrant cinnamon. We then fold it in half and do the process all over again. These many layers of cinnamon, sugar, and pastry is what gives the pig ears such a full taste.
