Another really good one. Love the details, especially all the comparisons. I am just really living for the regular shimmers and duochromes. I notice that these I buy first and then once I see the Chameleons and Multichromes out and about, I am able to select the ones that will be my best fits. Because if I just go by sparkles me shiftiness,. I will end up with a palette full of shades I won't actually wear.

Wowowowow this was so thorough!!! Also, I immediately compared Eris to Mural! Three main differences I can see: 1. Eris is much more chunky. 2. Mural has a stronger mint base. 3. Shifts are slightly different. Eris has a spicier red/orange shift head on. Meanwhile, Mural has a stronger yellow/green shift at an angle, which makes it looks almost teal/blue at that angle when it combines with the base. I'll probably do a comparison on stories! Also, Dione stained me too and I was also sooooo surprised. Like, pink?! Whyyyyyy.

I never realized how similar Sbsd Revenge is compared to Devinah's Midnight Nova..I have both of them so now I want to go see them next to each other. Thank you so much for doing all of those comparisons and swatches. It is so helpful when trying to figure out what to buy. I'm not intrigued with any of these new shadows and that's a 1st since I absolutely love TM. I just don't like their newer chunkier formula..by the end of the day even with wearing glitter primer I'll have glitter all over my face.

Milky Way makes me think of a gel/3-D nail polish. They also make eyeshadow that give off that effect. Like Glam Shop shadows.

I know they discontinued a few shadows but I think maybe Serpens is similar to Siren. I have been chasing after a dupe for their discontinued Callisto. This was great. Very helpful swatches and comparisons. 😁

This was such a great video - I loved seeing them all on your eye close up, but wow that must have been a lot of work - my eyes are watering in empathy :-) I love CC saffron it always makes it in my makeup bag for travel - it was cool to see the comparison. I'm going to have to watch the comparisons again and see if I can find some of these to see if they are still any good ( I drop them often) Do you have a preference on how you store these so the glitter particles don't drift all over the other shadows? - mine are quite a mess!

Thank you so much!! I store them all together in one big palette and it gets messy 🤣 I’m always moving them around for comparisons and stuff so I just do a bit of spot cleaning in between. I have them in big magnetic palettes that I store horizontally on a rack so that does help with mitigating any messiness!

Maybe Martian Dust or Aurora Australis would be similar to Proxima. Perhaps someone else could confirm? But I really do love that shift and Winter Sun! Just not a fan of super flaky textures. I like smoother textures with less potential fallout. Update, I see you compared them later on. So they are darker than Proxima in the base.

Thank you!! I don’t have that shade but im familiar with what it looks like and I agree with you! I think in formula/finish they would be identical and the only difference is likely that Castor is more chartreuse and lemon drop is more of a true primary yellow!

How does Pollux compare to a Clionadh Throne vibrant multichrome? Thank you!

I don’t have that one unfortunately! I can tell you from my experience with the other vibrant multis that the texture and finish will be veryyy different! All of the vibrant multis from Clionadh have a small particle size and smooth, shiny finish. Pollux has a varying particle sizes from medium sparkle particles to larger flakey particles and is overall much more textured. hopefully that helped even a tiny bit lol

I prefer the Pat McGrath baked shades to be 100% honest! I find them less bulky, much easier to manipulate / control. They also are more ✨twinkly✨ on the eyes. I will swatch some from this release with some from my motherships to try and capture the texture differences on my stories when I do comparisons!

What I do find interesting is that you have to put a disclaimer about shades you received in PR and that you were paid to swatch, because I guess that is a thing now. I remember a few years ago nobody gave a rat's ass about whether you got them in PR vs bought them yourself, I guess this goes to show the level of distrust people have towards influencers. Thanks for the swatches, as always I won't be picking any, but I enjoy looking at things I cannot get all the same.
