I was hoping Unknown Worlds next game would be SpaceNautica (same thing, but innnn S P A C E !) The thing about SubNautica that set it apart though, was how pretty it was and how happy a lot of people were just swimming about in general. So SpaceNautica would need to be zero G (for happy floating abouts!). This game lacks that, but still pretty close 👍

Hey, Drae make small and simple forward operating bases with storage crates in them near the ships while exploring them so that you don't need to worry about inventory space or your oxygen level . It will also help with searching the ships as you won't have to go through them again and again making it easier to transport resources between bases. TIP:- You can deconstruct any kind of storage crates after you have taken all the resources from within it. Hope to see you better in the next episodes.

This really seems the simplest option, since every cube is free o2. Use bottles for distance, and a cube for any exploration zone

Just FYI, 1 ppm means 1 part (molecule) for every million parts (molecules), so a ppq is 1 molecule of oxygen for every 1,000,000,000,000,000 molecules. Makes sense since it's about terraforming an entire planet

I love this video, but wondering what happened to Drae saying he should make multiple bases? Like near things he needs to explore... Like placing small bases near those bases or in between his base and those places he needs to explore, kind of relays where he can store supplies that he can then ferry back to his main base. But yes, I would love to see more of this game on this channel.

This game looks amazing. The fact its not an alien survival makes me so happy. I got so disappointed when the meteorites began to strike because i though it was an alien invasion but i was suprised in a good way to see nature healing. Large murderous space rocks

You can also make little FOB structures you walk through to refill your oxygen, so you don't have to lug around O2 bottles

You can circumvent the oxygen system by placing living quarters when your oxygen level is low to replenish it for free

I started this game in demo. A word from the wise, explore before you get too far. Also collect tons of materials! Also, power supplies such a solar panels dont need to be connected to your base.

I played the prologue for almost 10 hours and played 3 hours of its release. Love this game! My tip is to make bases everywhere since like u mentioned urself that it replenish ur oxygen. I think its 3 iron, 2 titanium 1 silicone and 1 magnesium for the base and the door. If you do that you can venture out more without worrying about oxygen too much. Keep it up!

I was gonna say how did you miss the fabric you finally came back and "found" it. Anyways I would like if you turned this into a series it's definitely a good game reminds me alot of Subnautica which is good

There was something that another youtuber found out. If you die, you respawn back at the last base you entered with all your inventory intact and health reset. So you can literally go out with no oxygen or water in your inventory or even food. And can make semi-tempory bases as you go along so you have oxygen and places to put inventory when you need it. Also need to mention, as you terraform, you will lose land you can be on. Such as water making lakes. That initial area you are on, is going to be a lakebed. So be sure to go and put your base up high, maybe on the hill overlooking the lakebed and canyon area. That's one of the highest and cloest spots to move your base and supplies. I also recommend that you head back to the ship and grab that receator. You don't have the fuel yet, but it will come in handy when you do and give you a ton of power. Because some of these new upgrades that you find in the world are way down the line of the regular upgrade path.

FYI. There's a golden chest on top of the first ship you went in, the one on the hill next to the ice cave. You'll like what you find in it. Maybe a plant that gives 600% oxygen :)

I was playing a beta and test build of this game! Very cool to see a Early Access Build available. If i can make a recommendation, don't be afraid to make multiple bases! There are a lot of locations, and it's near impossible to carry everything, and it takes waaay to long to try and run everywhere from one location. Make FOBs, and just place the Terraforming equipment anywhere! Good luck!

Hey Drae, the whole area you building on will be submerged in water in later game so you should consider moving to higher ground early so you have a easier time moving all your stuff.

That nuclear reactor you found is how you beat the game at the end. The fusion energy cell is what you put in there at 580 GTI to fully terraform the planet
