TERRAIN's New Plant Store - Vlog 058

While traveling through Pennsylvania, we decided to pay a visit to Terrain's newest store in Doylestown. Typically I will go to their Glen Mills location if I'm in the area, but this one boasts a much larger storefront and same great flavors at their restaurant. And maybe one of these times, I'll visit when it's not gray, windy and threatening rain!

There used to be DeVal Market there. While I’m sad to see them go, I do love that they have Bergs pots there.

Damn $38 for a Gloriosum is very expensive, compared to The Netherlands. I've seen pots like that for €15,- for sure. The Billietiae would also be about €15,- here. But then other plants will be cheaper/ more available there. Haven't seen Pedatoradiatum or Bipinnatifidum in any physical plant store yet. This is a wonderful selection :)

Thaumatophyllum is back to Philodendron, at least according some experts. Tom Croat was not a coauthor of the original publication that recognised Thaumatophyllum as an independent genus and also questioned the separation of the two genera, if I recall correctly.

Holy cow. $68 USD for a billietiae? I got mine (same size pot) for $4.99CAD. Crazy the price differences in different places.
