I love your work. You are by far the best artisan of all the terrain crafters I've seen so far. I also love to see the joy and care you take in creating your pieces.

That was a real treat to see something you made for yourself. Thank you for sharing this gem.

Hey man! I love your work so much ... always a major inspiration. I don't enjoy the longer video's too much these days, but these finished projects I never pass up in! Legend.

Quiet in awe admirer of your work ~ Im learning so much ~ I do Tiny Villages but I strive for the realistic look and ways to make more terrain modules from the foam boards. I just watched the whole tutorial on the ocean boards for my Pirate display this year Oct 2017 ...hope I make you proud. :D

Interesting, I would not have thought to use a picture frame as a base. I suppose there is even a small lip to put an acrylic case over it if you wanted to. How well does it hold up and did you reinforce the bottom of it at all?

@Terranscapes7 жыл бұрын
I have done some curved walls and you can see a video of how I was carving the blocks if you look in my Evil Castle playlist. I used the 'engraver' from Hot Wire Foam Factory. I'll talk about it in a 'viewer comments' section of an up comming video. :)

Could you give a word on the benefits of static grass vs flocking? I've been looking around and haven't been able to find anything that weighs their merits of durability, aesthetic and the like. Thanks for the videos. They've been invaluable 👍

I'll go over it in an up coming video in my 'viewer comments' section. :)

I must admit I was starting to get a little worried, but glad to see you back :D Also glad to see Simon, We only had one cat and we had him from a kitten but he passed away a few years (horrible thing to happen but we had a him a great 15 years :D ) Im enjoying the cocktail ideas, Id got board with my usual straight whiskeys haha. Anyway glad to see you back. Oh and a quick question, have you ever done a blood bowl display board? Im toying with some ideas and wondered if you had any experience with them yourself?
@Terranscapes7 жыл бұрын
Cats. Their lifespans are too short. But they burn their candle brightly! :) Sounds like it's time you visit your local shelter to bring a needy cat home. ;) I did one blood bowl pitch, but it was a long, long time ago. SolvenAbuseUK did some work on one a while back. Really nice work. Here is one of the videos on the project: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rorJiYqsoberbJI

Well thanks for the link, I shall check it out in a moment. Unfortunately we have just got three dogs from Bulgaria (saved from the meat trade you see) which means we are training those first, but I do plan on introducing a cat to the farm... I mean house in about 6 months all being well :D

Modelmates as a brand was discontinued but the parent company still produces the same sorts of products. Their website is dirtydown.co.uk/ I've never used Modelmates myself so I can't say if the exact same items are still available but you should be able to get what you need there.

If you visit the HA site you can find some details. There is a limit per year before licensing is needed.
