Only spooky armour -_- and that's a wisp

Only Spooky Armor? What about it? And yes, I'm aware of the wisp. I intentionally summoned it with my Wisp in a bottle. What I didn't summon was the pink fairy that showed up after using the Tempest Staff, even while not having a Fairy Bell in my inventory as shown in the first attempt.
