First playthrough I killed Queen Bee, Skeletron, and WoF first try because I didn't know what was needed and way overprepared. Apart from the obvious defense disparity, Fossil Armor is comparable to ranged Hallowed Armor. So assuming throwing ARMOR is converted to ranged as well, rangers are going to be even MORE busted as fuck. And if not, then throwables receive a massive indirect downgrade. New challenge idea, pre-hardmode in hardmode. Rules: Must only use tools, weapons and armor in pre-hardmode ONLY (Star-cannon, boomstick, etc.) and beat moonlord with it. Obviously, items that are required to fight moonlord should be obtained. Items that are obtained that are from hardmode must be thrown away, and hardmode npcs should not be interacted with at all.
