It also contains unique features, including the boss Mechdusa, which replaces the mechanical bosses in progression, as well as features like Crispy Honey Blocks that burn the player and release Lava when mined.

The viability of classes wildly changes throughout the game, especially in this seed. Melee is best for Wall of Flesh, Ranger is best for Plantera, etc. For now I guess you can just stick to Ranger with Boomstick.

- Craft an Obsidian Skull, it gives +1 defense and immunity to Crispy Honey Blocks (and trust me, you'll be meeting those guys again soon). - Upgrade those musket balls into tungsten bullets. - In this seed, the Wizard Hat grants an additional minion slot. This would be really good if you get a Flinx Staff and stack that with the Flinx Fur Coat. - Purchase Marshmallows from the Merchant for 1 silver coin each, craft them into Marshmallows on a Stick, roast them over a campfire to get a Cooked Marshmallow which grants Well Fed for 10 minutes. It's really cheap and you don't need to get bait for fishing.

I actually forgot about the Marshmellow trick. It's noteworthy that he only sells those in the snow biome (shouldn't be a problem since that's where the main base is at this time)

Magiluminescence would be best because of movement speed boost at very least and its fairly easy to craft

I started playing this a few months ago. It took me so long to be able to do anything. Got discouraged and quit a few days into it. I’m so glad I can play it now vicariously through Happy and save myself the headaches.

Going a very defensive build makes things so much more bareable. Just have to be patient and minmax your survival and you'll start making progress for sure

Since you said you like tips, here are some: Life Crystal Boulders still drop life crystals, so jus build a few blocks to their sides to immediately stop them from moving and break Even the trees you plant can drop bombs, so take care If you see an Imp statue, definitely grab it, you're gonna need it later Digging out a huge hole for a boss arena is pretty much mandatory in this mode (if you feel like fighting enraged empress, it has to be on the surface) Later on, you'll find out your movement speed may not be satisfactory, so know you can buy teleporters from the Mechanic, not the Steampunker You can purchase pumpkin seeds from the Dryad and mass produce pumpkin pies It will most likely be worth your time to get a magic conch

Happy here a couple of tips Every boss a unique new attack and there’s even a new boss I am not going to as I not want to spoil the fun in find them out For your arena make sure you put in all the buffs and make sure to always use every potion you can Go for warding and defence over damage the enemy’s do to much damage you will get one or two shot if you don’t go for defence And lastly make sure to take breaks this is a very hard seed so it’s a good idea to take a break if you aren’t getting an progress I will give more tips as the play trough continues 🍪🍪🍪

The most efficient way to get early bait is to throw yourself at the jungle til you get at least one jungle grass seed then plant it at a base. Break all the big bushes for grubby, sluggy, and buggy

Going a very heavily defensive build for accessories saved my sanity with this seed and difficulty. I definitely suggest warding over menacing for this seed, and making very good arenas whenever possible. Also, there's a LOT of world evil and it usually spreads most aggressively through the desert, so I would set up biome spread defenses there personally. Everywhere else is *relatively* less risky for biome spread, but the first time I tried it my desert was completely overrun and corruption broke a ton of NPC homes. Be careful! I spent as much time in pre-hardmode on these settings, as I did through an entire normal seed master mode playthrough, just preparing my world for hardmode with pylons, farms, fishing spots, and biome defenses. Whats up happy you seem to be doing very well on this seed! I suggest you make a diamond gem corn farm in your world. All the diamonds you get from that can be used to craft diamond torches which are the brightest. It should make visibility way better. Its minor change but I think it makes a big difference.

I definitely made an NPC hotel at spawn, then later made pylon homes for my NPCs just to travel around easier.

@@ZudinGodofWar That's all well and good for like, 3 locations. Pylons supplement how many places you can go easily by a LOT. I found it useful for farming various items and doing various fishing quests much more quickly, before I even finished shellphone. I think it's definitely worth doing biome houses for me, having different farms around the map like a souls of light farm, a souls of night farm, a house near the dungeon, a house in the jungle, etc.

hey happy did you know if you dont have a mount if you hit the mount key if your close enough you will grapple using a default hook to the nearest rail track you dont need a hook ether and that hook has a much longer range then most hooks
