So my question is this. Do they still need flys to live or just the water and soil from the investment

Hey Dutch! I’ve read they don’t need to consume insects and just distilled water is fine to keep them alive, on a side note they do need to be in lower nutrient soil. Regular potting soil will kill your plant thought so be careful!

I'll be honest as a 5-year-old I don't mind sharing that when I got super glue stuck on my fingers I learned right away it was no secret, that putting water on my fingers Harden the glue immediately. I can remember that from 5 years old and would be able to use that today at 39 in Hardscape situations like this. Anyway just wanted to share it's not something you learn later on in life. I say that again because the majority of children will absorb some sort of super glue from the time they are 5 to 10 years old and we can remember those times. We run to the bathroom immediately try to take soap and water to the situation and find out real quickly that it turns hard as rock as soon as the water gets on any area of your skin super glued

Omg you just unlocked some memories for me. But inbetween the time I did that as a child and now, I must have forgotten. This is for anyone in my audience that doesn’t know much about superglue in general but I’m glad there are some of you that like to get messy!

Vegetable oil works best I discovered as an adult . If you're a 5 yr old with superglued fingertips I'd imagine it's gonna be a nightmare
