Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort August 2024 update (Saurines Golf Ugolf Exclusive) Murcia Spain

Last weekend I visited the Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort and two other 2 golf resorts and this golf resort impressed me the most. Enjoy the video and another update coming soon

Commercial buildings are all sold now. New bar/restaurant will open end of year. Only 1/3 of the resort is build on but the rest of the grounds are sold to a developer earlier this year so lot's is going to happen in the near future. Specially as the goverment is not allowing more golf resorts in the area due to water shortage so this will probably one of the last developments on a excisting golf course. Prices of the excisting apartments are almost doubled in the last 2 years

Many thanks for the information and I can see on my last visit things are looking good. The golf course has to be one of the best in the region for being so well looked after which is nice to see while others in the area are looking so poor and badly managed. Many thanks for watching.
