I've come to understand one main thing about large scale farming, you either have to keep a line of new equipment so you can hire any cab jockey versus running older cheaper equipment but you have to hire drivers with mechanical skills at a higher wage or have youre own diesel mechanic on staff, depending on how big your outfit is it might be cheaper to have your own heavy duty mechanic

The 2120 came out earlier this year I think. The local John deere dealership here in Eastern North Carolina had a brand new one on the lot. It didn't last long before someone bought it.

No they usually shut down just at dark.

They will run until the dew starts to fall. Here in central and south Georgia, that's usually right at dark.
