I live in Eastern North Carolina. We rent out our land to a farmer who has a 2120 and from what I seen this year. There was no peanuts out the back only pops. The picker didn't shell any peanuts in the basket. He was pretty pleased. You bought it mid way of harvest.

Before we Quit row cropping cotton and peanuts We used a single rotor Colombo... and you have to be able to determie when t add pins or take away andde adjust the angle pins on the rotor to control the movement thru and the condition of the peanuts going in the basket......The Colombo uses vacuum to remove the threshings and pops...... so that has to be adjusted also

Very interesting video. I don't know whether it was me or not but all the combines seemed to be running faster , even the older one, and before anyone says it, - NO I did not speed the video up. Usually to me, they seem to run at a painful crawl.

I do pea nuts down here in middle Alabama. And I’m pulling a Columbo twin master 2 peanut combine it’s a four row picked me and it’s basically like a Draper header on a combine I pull it behind a 305 magnum and I’m just gone say that they are very well good combines does a lot better than the Armandas I was pulling when grandeddy was living I thought about financially going to a self propelled columbo avanti c360 peanut combine after this season which it is like a combine and uses the same picker header as the pull type !

I don't know if you have seen a colombo peanut combine with the flex head but I have seen only one in action. You can pick at a fast speed. To me they are pretty good pickers also. Not many farmers have them though

They cant. The outside duel would crush the inverter row of peanuts causing them to shell in the field.
