Great Recipe, but a question please can I use desiccated coconut instead of fresh and if yes how much? Also do you mean 250°c as that the max of my oven? (I'm also uk based)

Karina beautiful 180-200 degrees C and yes you can use any coconut of choice about 2-3 cups :)

Dinnia Dangleben 30-45 minutes at first and then 15 minutes after I put in the filling :).... Happy Cooking :)
