I believe that with all the money that is being made by Nascar. They need to share more equally with the teams. Nascar for example when they fine a team. They fine too much. Also look at what they did to team #48 Bowman cost him a championship. Totally wrong. And they charge way too much for tickets to go to the races in person and to go and get down in person to see the drivers in person except. Alot of things need to change.

I have been a fan of Nascar for many years. I was a fan of Dale E. Sr before he passed in Nascar. Then Dale Jr. For years now team Hendrick and now Jr's Exfinity team in Nascar. I don't see how they even get by. And even feed their families. Just saying Nascar is killing them with the money that they make off of the races.

Back in the 70 - 80 - 90 and early 2000 the grand stands seats were all full and now I see so many empty seats - maybe racing is getting too big from owners - drivers and NASCAR - time too think about that one ???

The biggest " anti competitive" practice is the restrictor plate.. COMPETITIVE racing is up to who can build the best engine.. NOT making everyone run the same speed.. in the early '80's when Bill Elliott ran 234 mph in testing at Talladega , the other teams started whining to Nascar... Nascar went to Ernie Elliott's shop , inspected EVERYTHING and told the rest of the teams that the engines were perfectly legal and if they wanted to run with the #9 they needed to sharpen their pencils and get to work . THAT was racing.. whoever had the best engines , care , and driver.. NOT this sissy-a*sed 💩 they do now

Deal, & doesn’t want to give up ownership of the Charters to the Teams that bought them & use them - this is a level of greed, a thirst for power, & a blatant move for total control not seen in any other sport ever !!! I haven't liked what NASCAR been doing for years and said I would like to see the teams boycott NASCAR and all stand together to force change with the way they operate. I also don't like the fact that they make so much money their buying up all the race tracks and mostly just using the ones they own. They don't want anyone to make money except them alone. As dangerous as the sport is the teams and drivers should be making most of the money. I have spoke to a lot of people and haven't had any one disagree with what I've been saying. I think the teams and drivers should own NASCAR not some greedy family that wants to control everything like Hitler did back in the day. Bad that's really bad, we gotta have change. The drivers and even the fans deserve it.

Just think if other sports worked this way…..each team loses 10 million dollars a month. Can only recruit from one school. Players can be suspended for any penalty flag. Coaches and team owners can be fined and lose game points whenever, for whatever. Players go through a lazer scanner to make sure their equipment is exactly as it came from the factory or all game points are forfeited. Get new helmets that look cool but go airborne as soon as they’re hit. Change the game field only to have a close game. Oh and miss three of the biggest plays cause commercial break. Have the worst player in the history of the sport come be a commentator.

The way I see this is that we the consumers of the product ( racing ) are the ones that will control the outcome of this cluster f- - - . NASCAR has got too big for it’s britches and needs to be taken down a peg or two. The drivers that put their lives on the line and the teams are the ones putting on the show and nascar rakes in all the money. There is plenty of money for all involved to make a great living at racing. If we as consumers don’t go to the races and stop buying the advertisers products the racing will suffer. Someone said the teams need to stick together - - WELL I’m here to say we as fans also need to stick together as well. I stopped going to the races soon after Dale died and buy fewer of the products that sponsor racing. If more fans are serious enough we can change the sport back to more like it used to be in the old days. I am so sick of what the France family has done and is continuing to do to the sport I used to love. Everyone involved in putting on this type of racing called NASCAR has priced this 80 year old fan out of enjoying the sport I used to love. And it’s all in the name of greed of the France family. Jeff Gordon recently said that Hendrick Motorsports hasn't made a profit in a couple decades so the finances are clearly slanted for NASCAR to get the big money. The powers that be in NASCAR have ruined the sport. The Next Gen car sucks (and the number is in the wrong place too), the racing sucks because the car sucks (stage racing is a joke as well) and the points system (the Playoffs) is laughable. I started watching NASCAR in 1991 and what we have today compared to the 90's and early to mid 2000's is a PC, watered down racing series that doesn't care about the racing itself but only the revenue that it generates. Bill France Jr., Mike Helton, Gary Nelson, etc. cared about the sport but it appears the clowns running it now, don't.

Lets see the homes these guys live in! Lets see the property and planes these guys own or can afford to lease. Have not turned a profit my ass. NASCAR has not had this problem before. The moment NASCAR went woke is when they lost their fan base. ticket sales are down, tracks are not full of fans anymore. I remember when I went to Richmond Raceway back in 1997 or 1998. We were shoulder to shoulder in the stands. Only race that still has that is the Daytona 500. Maybe they should start looking into other ways to bring more money back into the sport

The difference between the past and today when it pertains to money from sponsers, yea part to driver, part to Nascar, and part to the team, but; today there's more money involved, so Nascar changes rules and after 5 years of the unbalanced money being distributed among teams and drivers, the majority of money goes to Nascar, and the drivers are not being paid accordingly to increase of money from sponsorship, today most tracks are owned by Nascar, so Nascar says we need the extra money for the tracks they own, problem is the tracks are still fuked up, so Nascar needs a reboot, France Family needs to take a backseat as far as running Nascar, but that won't happen. Good luck race drivers, hope you're making alternative solutions when it comes to racing every weekend, I see France Family closing shop leaving all the teams out in the cold

You were not around in the early days, RIGHT!. In the early days you could have 100 cars show up for race night. I have seen cars lined up two abreast for 1/2 of the track to start the main . NASCAR is so good, then why have they had to tear down 1/3 of the seating on most of their tracks since around the early 90's. Charolotte had just finished building out the stands between turn 3 and 4. They took all of them down plus the back strech seating. Did you see the empty seats in Las Vegas this past weekend.
