Option one, do politicians pay tax on these ridiculous donations they receive? If not then instead of farmers leaving their farms to their kids as an inheritence, why not just 'donate' the farm lands and equipment to their kids. Option two, a farm is a business right? Does any other 'business' have to pay multiple thousands in tax when a new manager is enrolled? Instead of a farm being passed on as inheritence just call it 'a change of management'.
