Its like all the wind and solar farms that quote how many 10s of thousands or 100,000 houses their scheme will power. Whilst failing to tell the truth that they base their calculations on the maximum capacity of said green energy source, not the actual output which for offshore and onshore wind farms averages 40% & 30% respectively and 11% for solar wind farms. All of which negates the fact that their house numbers are also based on the average annual electric consumption of a mid size house being 20% of the occupants needs based on Ofwat’s figures. Forgetting to mention that this is on the basis that the other 80% energy required per house assumes it is supplied by gas! You really couldn’t make up the lunacy of this net zero Ponzi schemes.
