If you like slashers, you have to enjoy Art and the Terrifier franchise. He just takes so much enjoyment in what he does and it shows. Men, women, kids, large, small, day, night, pretty, ugly, old, young, knife, gun, bomb, he doesn't care about none of that, you dead, by any means. Also, he gets his ass beat a lot too. Art becomes supernatural at the beginning of Terrifier 2. Blood and gore isn't typically scary, just kind of nasty, but I can watch that and it does nothing to me.

It is my opinion that while the timeskip is confusing it was used for the purpose of justifying the characters being older since filming Terrifier 2. Damien Leone originally wanted 3 to take place right after 2 but the actor who played Jonathan grew up in the time between movies.

I tried watching terrifier 2 last week, i had to cut that shit off It just didn't do anything for me Maybe ill give it another go this weekend. I went to see the doible feature of 2 & 3 together and it was a time. I loved it!! But you missed A LOT not seeing the 2nd. And the storyline actually makes sense if you think about the battles for good and evil the movies illiterates to. The battle armor is pulled almost directly from biblical descriptions. Once you get past the gore, it’s not a bad way to tell a story. But I’m a horror person no matter how it’s served. I did a triple, t2 & t3 then slid over to The Substance. It was a good night.
