hey terron I heard that if you relax you're wrist more on straight bar curls it not only saves your wrist but it also activates the biceps a whole lot more causing extreme growth

Get on a GOOD program, eat more, get enough sleep (8+ hours), and stop fucking around in the gym. 225 is a pretty intermediate mark that will come with time if you train the right way.

Push your limit, I bench 275 right now, for 2 reps. And 225 for 10. Took me about say 4 months. Started at 145 always have a spot, my brother who is 17 weighs 130, got he started at 110 now he is at 175. You’re gonna fail. Plenty of times never give up go. Eat good your proteins carbs good fats, and bench at lest 2 times a week. And do a pyramid, 15-13-11-9-7-5-3-1. 1 being your max.

hey guys, quick question, when you are doing the v bar triceps, do you have to slightly bend your knees and slightly lean forward for keep your legs straight and slightly lean forward?? HELP, thank you for your responses.

You have it the wrong way, straight gbar curl activates the forearm. Easy bar is more bicep movement

Going all the way down on shoulder press got me bicep tendinitis and a rotator cuff impingement.. I just got to a plate too but then was out for 3 months, I wasn't fucking with weights and not even push ups cause that bitch hurt. But I'm working back up and feel much better with 90 degrees 👍🏼

hey, yeah I'm aware, what I meant was lets say: Set of 3: first 2 sets 10kg dumbbells third set 20kg dumbbells until failure and then drop Basically 2/3 normal sets and 1 drop set for every exercise

The idea is that with heavier weights, maybe ur form wasn't all that great and so with the drop set u get to shred the muscle even more idk

I'm 15 too, I had a problem with belly fat for a long ass time. Then my football coach made us do 100 crunches, 100 push ups and 45 mins of cardio exercise. After that I got rid of a lot of my body fat so now I have abs. Then we do normal work outs. Bench, incline bench, shoulder press, rows , squats , front squats , lunges, skull crushers, biceps curls(not with dumbbells but with the bar). I starts with a 95 pound bench now I'm up to 185 in just 7-8 months.
