Sounds good man of course I always preface any sort of observations that I make of a drummer of the last 25 years to any other drummers because we are all of the same part brotherhood and sisterhood of the instrument so my comments are not meant to judge but just meant as an observation really from a colleague and that is that I think he would get a better sound one that is more aligned with the vibe of the song if you loosened up your grip on your right hand a little bit. You’re high hat eighth notes are coming off a bit staccato we’re there could be more wash to carry the notes

I would loosen my grip if I didnt drop my sticks so much. I also have had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and trigger finger surgery on my right hand. I have been playing on and off since 1969. It is a pleasure to meet you and thank you for watching my video. I do appreciate your support. At the age of 71 it doesnt get any easier does it?
