i think you're right. i've been fighting myself all these years by trying to get into positions that you see the pros doing, like really high hands at the top which i just can't do. i've just got into some of mike adams ideas about going with your own body type with much better results.

It's just that vertical move I imagine. Straightening that lead leg for most golfers. Although as they mention it could be a trail leg pushing off the ground for some people.
