Once I learned I'm side under, front post, on shoulder plane I could start watching other videos of similar golfers and learn so much. I just block out any instruction thats not suited to my body type and my game's improved 10 fold.

Thanks Mark, these two guys are absolutely fascinating to listen to. Their measurement philosophy is essentially only writing the prescription only after proper diagnosis! There is a realization that method instruction provides for malpractice with a certain subset of students. Amazing stuff!

Captured so much of what ails golf instruction. Normal and standard. Been working on my swing via schools, physics, concepts, tips and lessons. I admit I’ve learned a great deal; however what is best for me still is illusive. Changing grip, stance, swing motions all leads to my confusion. Great to know that some of the learning is best and other is valuable, but not for my body, and natural motion. Hope to learn more - when is Mike and Terry’s book coming out?

Watched some Mike Adams videos last night. Eye opening. Last 5 years been actively fighting against my own swing because of trying to get more power even though I was carrying it 280+ back in 2010. Thought I had to get the club more outside on BS. Flared my front foot. Rotate more. Push up blah blah. I know I'm a rear poster with horizontal and torque forces, less vertical just from memory of my old swing. Now I can't get away from the foot flare. At all. But I went back to the rear posting today and swinging more inside out. Hit the first nine greens. The one thing the foot flare does is relieve pressure off the lower back. But feel I've lost some torque. And I really like the concept of moving the arns faster. My lower body does the work naturally with a ton of leg drive. Thanks for these incredible insights! I think it has freed up my swing and be able to work the ball creatively and intuitively again with ease. If I want more distance - I need to work on my strength and agility. Not on stuff I see on KZbin that is totally incorrect for me. 👍

Interesting and informative- Mark seems like one of us- each of his guests are “incredible” and he wants more- so at the end of the day- all sorts of concepts, theories, methods and pride in “their” way. So we stay confuse- since or until we find, “OUR” WAY-
