Hi Terry...PLEASE HELP 😩 I am trying to update my machine so that I can download the upgrade too. But I am not finding your screens on my machine. I am looking for option for automatic updates. Please see my attached photos.

Susan Tarallo - go to brother support for XP1 and look for downloads and drivers. Download the update to a USB stick. Make sure the stick is empty and does not have anything else on it. This will be the fastest way to Update.

Faery Fox - I shared that information in a previous video. To get the information on the Brother site, you need to start the download, then open the information.

my update didn't come up this time. i had to reset the wifi password then it came up.
