It's easy to forget because he spends so long hiding behind others on the sidelines, but Dimple is a ridiculous powerhouse when he wants to be, and a master manipulator. He probably wouldn't have lost the fight he was introduced in if not for Mob being his opponent, and after he does lose he spends basically the entire series playing the long game to build up to this plan.

The broccoli was created when both Mob and Toichiro combined could not absorb all the power being released from that blast, and even with them trying to contain it the broccoli is massive. Not only did dimple absorb the power of Mob, Toichiro, and the excess energy that has been put into the broccoli, he’s also getting the energy that people are giving the broccoli through prayer. I don’t know if even Mob could come close to his level now even with his ???%

Bro I don't know if I'm imagining it or not but I was screaming when I saw Teru using more learned techniques. He's such an amazing learner, it's incredible how he learns from every esper encounter! Like using the gravity manipulation from the 7th division leader all the way back in season 1!! (Once again I might be crazy but the way its drawn/portrayed is very similar to that espers ability in my eyes!)
