Those tires aren't for more than rainwater on asphalt imo. W a heavy truck, need tread so it can bite. Also deflating tires as I think road PSI 50+. Loved the video and no music, no talking through the woods was very nice. Thanks.

To be fair, in my experience a tire with more aggressive tread on a heavy truck just dig faster in stuff that soft. In the end all vehicles have a limit, like he said, stuck was coming to whichever truck was in front.

@@aaronb7990 if there is no hard ground below, yes. However, in snow or mud, these tires don't have tread when hit harder surface. Deflation a good idea as well so tires don't easily sink deep.

@@Abebe345 For sure, even in denser deep mud an aggressive tire makes a difference but that stuff was soup. The flat belly probably helped the most for getting it un stuck though. I have had to hook 3 very capable 4x4s together to drag a 4 door Wrangler out of deep mud. There is usually a lot of resistance from cross members and axles being dragged through the mud. Seemed like besides the tire tracks the flat belly didn't hang up in the mud at all.

The beauty of the cybertruck is it has no paint on the sides so you can scrape the trees without any damage.

Are you a real person, or a bot. The video was lame as can be, it was just a guy in a CyberTruck driving like an old lady on some weak dirt bike trails with a little water on them. It was so boring I almost fell asleep watching it. Then he says the CyberTruck got stuck on a bunny trail, ignoring that it was in a deep mud bog and that the Bronco got stuck too. Not only would a CyberTruck get stuck in that mud bog, so would 80% of all the other jeeps and truck with 4WD. Only a jeep or truck with a 6 inch lift kit and some 50 inch mud tires could have got through that.

Nothing really surprising here. CT on A/Ts does decently well until it hits deep mud. Going in without proper recovery equipment seems like a bad idea but you did get out. I also wonder about the Wh/mi going slow, seems like lack of wind resistance should net you some range as long as you're not spinning or deflated. I've found that to be the case when adventure motorcycling.

Just to be clear, just about any SUV or truck that size would’ve got stuck in that foot deep wet mud. Anyone with four-wheel-drive would know not to drive straight through the middle of that mess and stick more to the outside where it’s a little dryer. What bothers me about this video is the titles very Clickbait like. Why not title it, I got my Cybertruck stuck in deep mud.

The offroad versions get more aggressive tires and a locking diff which is really all you need. The cybertruck just lacks what the other serious offroaders come with stock.

Mud is the worst. Hidden by small vegetation, easy to sink and no traction. Then it is mucky unlike with snow. Good content. Hard to do really exciting youtube offroading without being willing to destroy your vehicle these days.

Sometimes not even hidden by vegetation but just by itself. In my area there are mud pits that will swallow a Jeep on 37" tires that look just like the rest of the trail. You'll be driving along then all of a sudden your buried.

The tires are too small and it weighs too much. This is like taking a 1 ton diesel with factory tires mudding - you break through and have to drag it out. This is why ranchers and farmers use little utility vehicles when it gets muddy.

@@TroySavary the bronco didn’t drive in the same mud as the cyber truck. He drove around it in the more stable ground and pulled him out. Cybertruck guy literally put the truck in the deepest part of everything where pretty much any truck with four-wheel-drive. That size would get stuck. I didn’t see a video of the bronco driving through that same spot the cybertruck did.

@@TroySavary Bronco got stuck too, they had to get it unstuck first then got the CyberTruck out. And yeah, that was some deep mud. Most non dedicated 4x4s would struggle there. Probably would take a 2door Jeep on 35 or 37 inch mud tires to get through that at those speeds.

Nice! How did the A pillers hold up to branch lifting? I heard others talk about the offroad mode switching, i was wondering if using a key card so that it stays 'on' may be a work around? I also heard that other trucks have the same leaving offroad mode function and after a little research it has to do with gas milage reporting... you have to test in any mode that latches. Its why cars have 'sports mode' that turns off between drives, it you could set it and it stayed then mpg would have to reflect that mode being averaged into the mpg.

Cameras did fine but I did not go through anything crazy fast to fling lots of mud. Only really happened when I got stuck.

@@dblcapcrimpin I was referring more to the branches getting lifted by the A piller when going through the trees. It looked like it was doing a great job of lifting branches over the truck. I was curious if the branches left any marks or if it was totally impervious to the smal branches? I plan to use mine for towing my Jeep to offroad trails many of which have overgrown vegetation. My current truck is all scratched up from driving through the brush.

When you drove into a mud bog with foot deep swamp mud, and the Ford Bronco also got stuck, but you do not put that in the title. The mud bog you got stuck in would stop 80% of the 4WD trucks and jeeps on the market, unless it had a 6 inch lift kit and 50 inch specialty mud tires, like some BF Goodrich mud terrain tires. The title is misleading, and it makes the CyberTruck look bad, for no reason, and it also makes you look dumb, for doing it.

The video was terrible, the guy drove on those trails like my grandma, then he drove right into a mud bog and got stuck, it was like it was his first time going off road and he had no clue what he was doing. He does a title that says CyberTruck stuck on bunny trail. While not saying a word about the Bronco getting stuck too. And nothing about the getting stuck being his fault, because he does not know what he is doing. No jeep or truck would have got through that mud bog without a 6 inch lift kit and 50 inch mud tires. The CyberTruck basically had street tires on it, so he should not have even tried to go through that mud Bog. A real off roader would have known that, and not put a misleading title on a lame video trying to get views.
