Thanks for the video. If the device fails in locked position, how could you open the trunk? Is there a security mechanism? There is no possibility to cut the black cable. I hesitate to install it just for this case. Thanks

Frustrating to see this video. The unit i got from Tlyard just last week does not look like the one you install here. And mine really does not work unless i push down on the hood which means I get no benefit. It does work if i let the hood drop 12-18 inches but that is mot acceptable. Its supposed to gently suck it down. Hopefully they will respond to the email i just sent. The link you provided does get me to a good contact for them. For some reason i was not successful trying to go through their website previously. Thanks for the video.
