That is accurate. However, this intersection exhibits the same or similar behavior even when conditions are optimal. A contributing reoccurring factor is the inability to decide which lane it wants to be in, then committing to that decision.

I have a tesla MYLR and i don’t trust the self driving much anymore. There’s been times i turn it on at a full stop at a red light and it fully accelerates into a red light into oncoming traffic. Other times i turn it on and it’ll veer straight into a line of parked cars on the side of the road.

FSD is still very buggy and not worthy of trust. Nothing like a human driver.

@DerekDavis213 I definitely keep my eyes peeled when FSD is engaged. It does decent most of the time, but the minority of times it will surprise you. In most cases, those surprises are predictable in terms of when they will happen, but sometimes not.

After 9:00, totally non critical issue, just a jerk move! I think we have seen this behavior before. It looks like some kind of navigation issue. And last times I have seen it, there was always an extra lane there. So it was not cutting the car on the left at all. Not sure about this scenario, but I think it is the same case. Just like there ued to be a third lane to turn left years ago, that had been changed, but nav data still remembers it. Or the car just sees the empty third lane, and learned from videos that people do this maneuver. Something to fix of course.

More excuses for the buggy Supervised Driving software, which requires constant human *babysitting* after four years in beta. FSD cannot even go in reverse. Such a disappointment .

A very easy suburban drive, in light rain. But FSD cannot handle it, without a *critical* *disengagement* . Full autonomy is *years* *away* . Don't believe the hype .
