After watching so many videos and seeing how confident it is, it’s safe to say this update feels like a game changer and massive 500% improvement over prior builds is indeed correct. What do you think?

Looking back at previous releases of FSD I would say 2 months is fair from when when early access gets it until public release

Hopefully, in Canada, Galileo (satellite navigation) will be used. It will provide with exact location. I find during my free trial it is off a little when FSD reaches its destination.

Yeah I noticed similar too, however FSD is slowly less reliant on mapping data and soon will be full vision based

@@heyJohnEe ASS is garbage, 1st time i used it to park my car into my driveway, well it ended up at the neighbors

can i get a front bumper camera to help me see a bird's eye view of the parking lines?

Does the vision park assist not show the lines clearly for you? It seems to be pretty accurate most of the time for me, but ofc a front bumper camera would make it even better!

@@heyJohnEe no they are computer animated lines. nothing like the bird's eye view of my 2020 silverado. i still love my tesla don't get me wrong but i just don't get the omission of that camera.

@@heyJohnEe Fair enough. But I am not a FSD person. I am an enthusiast. That's why I got a performance. I want to be pushed back into the seat when i hit it, I want to feel the curves and pass the slow car that's in the fast lane zip zip. If I was going on a long trip i would do some FSD for sure. But as my daily I want to drive. And when I go to Walmart or the grocery store I want to pick my parking spot, away from the door dingers and stray rolling carts. Give me a front bumper camera so I can determine exactly where those white lines and curb stops are. And if memory recalls John I believe you were quite excited and onboard with the front bumper camera when the refresh was first coming out. Peace and let's go!

@Xeyedjohn yeah good point, I love the thrill of driving too and in that case the front bumper camera is very helpful. And ofc I’m still excited and looking forward to it coming but I’m just setting my own expectations low so I don’t feel disappointed of the long delay

So far it’s only been confirmed for AI4 vehicles, but Tesla will eventually provide a retrofit for older models to be on v13 too
