In this video, I'm going to show you how to install a radar detector in a Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. This is a DIY project, so you'll need some basic tools and skills.

Hey i got a 2023 model Y i wanna install a in-cabin dash for my job i drive and let someone else drive my car as U ER/L FT.. so my question i dont want to hardwire my dash cam.. is there anyway to get 12v power from Tesla rearview mirror if it have any... Do you know

I got my model y 2024 last week, I saw four red wires (small 22-18 awg) and tried to tap each one at a time but unsuccessful. Do you happen to know why? Thanks.

I just did mine today I have a 2024 as well and it worked. There are a lot of red wires available and I picked the closest to me

Hey! My only worry is how long that wire will hold up overtime. I like the R8, I thought the range on the R7 good but the R8 is better. They are 100% worth it! I can’t live without the arrows.

No, this is for radar detection. The speed measuring devices police use you get your speed. You are correct. TESLA already comes with built-in cameras so you don't necessarily need a dashcam.
