OK Jan-Bart, this is more like a puzzler's puzzle. Which nation is going into its second national lockdown? And why do all the vehicles in the KZbin have French "number plates" ( except for the one from Quebec)? It is also a bit worrying that the car park is showing signs of concrete degredation.

Well, the steering wheel is on the wrong side.. That maybe a clue it's neither Canadian or French.. I'd expect the concrete part if you know the reputation the building companies have here.. 🙂

@@JanBartSpang Silly me! They're plates of the Republic of Ireland. And Guillaume's Tesla would be hard pushed to get a more recent one (even in Dublin). In my defence I haven't been to the Emerald Isles since 1979.
