Mine was horrible as well I paid cash the same day I ordered online haven’t received a word from them in 2 weeks and the car was in “inventory” in Kissimmee where I live near and not a word. I want my money back I hate Tesla so much but I want the car.. I still haven’t got the car! Going on 2 weeks and a bit now ..

Sorry that happen. Tesla is more of a software company. Not a car company. But they do need to focus on customer service. And have a live updates. They don’t have the best logistics. But stay tuned. I have a few more videos I’m going to put up and you’ll see my process.
