How long did it take him to arrive from placing request ?

It was roughly around an hour and a half, but this flat tire did happen on a road trip into LA and right around the rush hour when I first called them.

Great video. People are shocked when I say there is no spare. Recently I tried to jack up my Y with a scissor jack in my garage. It was almost impossible I guess due to the weight of the car. Carrying a hydraulic floor jack is also impractical and I'd never want to support the Y with some flimsy compact hydraulic jack. Just imagine having the tire off and having the whimpy jack give out. Pay for the tire service. If you weren't so close and stopping for extended period dangerous, I wonder if air pump might give the tire enough inflation to get you somewhere safe or to destination.

Says it took 15 mins to change but left out the 1-2 hrs it takes for them to get there. Why hide the fact?. Tell people it took 25 is deceiving

Huh??? I'm not sure that you watched the entire video as I was very transparent with all my frustrations with my Roadside Assistance experience. It's not perfect, but it works and it is included with every Tesla. Either way, thanks for your comment and thanks for watching.
