Guy is a joke. By his own admission BlackRock and Vanguard were 26% but the vote passed by 77% so even without them it would have passed with 51% thanks to unprecedented retail turnout.

Elon and Board have 35% of votes, alone. ARK and Vanguard put it already near to 50%. Retail investors were also split. This was sure already a month ago, if major investors are not mostly opposing the plan.
