My mother has a problem with her radiant heat flooring. I want to know what the LOAD requirement of the heating mat in the floor is would I use the resistance feature of the meter to do this? If so do I just connect to the wires from the mat (LOAD) with no LINE in hook up? I really appreciate your videos. Thank you for the time and effort you put into making them.

Unplug the mat and put a probe on each terminal of the mat. All you are measuring is resistance so it doesn't matter which probe you use. If there is no or very low resistance, the circuit in the mat is probably broken.
