I'm a fan of your videos ... thanks for sharing your knowledge. If you start the video around 3:53 you will notice that when you pull off the target there is a echo/linger of sound that follows the coil. This usual always indicates a flattened beverage can or lid of some type. I'm learning these little tips as time goes by ... hope that's helpful =)

You can place a small o-ring under the knobs so that they don’t turn so easily. It works very well.

The cibola vaquero tejon and lobo depth can be improved with the 8 1/2 wide Scan coil. these units have the sensitivity to get targets like jewelry and coins on edge. any coil 9 inches or bigger are relic sizes coins and jewelry a 7 to 8 inch coil is the best choice to use so you get coins on edge and jewelry with a good signal so let's see how the manufacturers consider this, they products good units ! big coils are hard to balance and noisy in the mineralization as videos are showing this to be true

Would like an explanation on why you are moving the disc all around... Iron is disc out and everything above that is a good target. Only bad targets are pull tabs and bottle caps. If you don’t dig all in this range you will be passing up gold. If you move the disc around, can you separate pull tabs and bottle caps. Help me understand

Depending on the site. With a beep and dig in a pull tab infested site you would really be better to disc out tabs and lower. No other way around it without digging all day.

I have a tesoro and I'm needing some advice. I love my Mojave but I found out pulltabs, nickels, and gold read the same. I see where you found several rings. What advice could you give me so I can find gold and nickels. Please advise me

George Bortnick George take a 4 inch square piece of foil fold it and flatten it Scan it with the detector and slowly turning the disc up until it starts to brake up leaving it there Scan an area until you get a signal. increasing the speed of the swing aluminum should drop out money stays

Ha! Thats funny. Have you ever used the compadre or the outlaw? If so what are your takes on them. I have the compadre and it is nice for entry level. I took your advice when you kept the vaq over the tejon. I would guess that they were so close in comparison that tejon was not that much better.
