I agree with Henena Nikos its the strumming that is the hardest thing to get right and no one seems to go in depth explaining it .chords you can look up anywhere but not enough attention is payed to explaining how to strum the song and is what most people find the hardest thing to master although your videos are some of the best thank you .

So, I started playing the Ukulele a few weeks ago. I've been looking for a lot of help since I'm actually completely new to playing an instrument. I've been playing consistently everyday for roughly about 1 to 2 hours, and I just wanted to say that your videos really help a lot, so thank you very much. I like your videos but oh dear feel a real idiot when it comes to strumming ... why ever show us a simple way only to say BUT ,you do this and proceed to say mute strings ,then having watched twice I am no wiser. Chords for me are no problem but strumming everyone who does vids just seems to race through and maybe it's me but my coordination and mind blocks

Hey, strumming needs practice. Just practice different patterns, with different chords/no chords (you can mute the stings and practice the strumming). It will become second nature once you've got hang of the strumming. If feels hard at first, but after some practice you'll be able to play any strumming pattern without any problems :) hope this helped
