its not the dye that damages hair, its bleach, and she doesnt bleach all of her hair all the time. plus she spoils her hair which is good for it. the colored dyes are like conditioner with food coloring. not really any chemicals

Because it's not a permanent hair dye it's just wash in wash out basically I don't think it has any ammonia in or peroxide so don't damage your hair really I think :) hope this helps :) x

+Meghan Willis You most likely need bleach. If you have really light blonde hair im sure you dont need to. If you have brown or black mainly dark colored hair you will need bleach before applying a colored dye.
