Oh my goodness, so last night before I went to bed I got ready one of your old ab workouts to do at the gym in the morning, even though I've done it a few times and wanted to try something new but you're someone whose exercises and opinion I really trust (largely due to your results and banging bod) and then when I woke up in the morning I had a notification for a new ab workout with the same layout and easy to follow structure like your glutes and lower ab workout! Could literally not have come at a better time. Did it at the gym this morning and it really killed me. Thank you Tess!!!

I was at my grandparents for the week so I couldn't go to the gym, I did your workouts to still get some exercise into my week, and I loveeeeed them, I will definitely start to incorporate some of your home workouts in between gym sessions when I get back home! :)

When I do exercises like this my hips always uncomfortably pop. No idea why, always an issue I've had with these hip movements 😩 Any idea why/any tips??

Yes yes yes I get this too! My PT told me 1 in 10 people have it and it’s due to the way our pelvis is formed. It’s not damaging for us to do these exercises but we just had to live with it unfortunately :( I find a good lower ab workout is crunching with your legs flat on the floor and make sure ur back is flat too xx

Consistent training and eating wholesome foods, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep etc! It's a bit hard to give advice as everyone is different! Just focus on feeling good and being fit vs just looking fit

Yay love it!!! I’ve been sick for two weeks and couldn’t workout (I never get sick, this is the first time since 2013!!!) and I workout 6 days a week. I feel like so thin and lifeless, don’t know how to get back to it. What would you recommend? ❤️ ya!

Ahhh yeah it can be tough when you get sick and rest and your body becomes a bit weak. Just take it easy, focus on eating enough so your body has energy and do some light exercise for the first few days you get back into it!

Hey Tess do you have any tips on how to loose muscle while still working out or do I need to stop completely (just eat healthier) I’ve been doing sports all my life and I’m really muscle and I hate it, I’ve gone up 3 sizes in shorts just from muscles on my thighs :(

You can build chest muscles but you can't literally grow your breast (unless you gain weight and happen to put on the fat in that area which you can't predict)
