Great foundation for a car; would have to redo the interior completely, get a Flowmaster exhaust, replace the manual valve body with a heavy duty street strip auto shifting body, redo the paint to one dark cherry finish. Ooh and a suitable steering wheel, with a horn that works!

Thank you for the tour of this rare vehicle. Also, the previous owner (or the talented mechanics) turned this car into a beautiful beast. This car belongs in the hand of a drummer or a musician that plays really fast and hard because that's what this vehicle is all about.

My brand new 1969 Hunter Green 390AMX was stock and I kept it like that. Blew everyone away street racing so I started drag racing. Joined the Jav/AMX Car Club and had a great time with other AMX owners racing at different So. Cal drag strips. This car was amazing. Driving mountain roads was wonderful this car hugged the curves. I wish I could get behind that wheel again!

You do not see too many of these beauties. I have seen only one here in the Southwest and that was about ten years ago. The paint job is beyond beautiful and pin striping under the hood is an amazing touch.

They must have been out of Elvis velvet paintings when the interior was done. That's a great exterior paint job except for the red white and blue part. To each, his own. Everybody does something different. Gotta respect that.

The "cracks" in the front around the headlights are because thats a seaM; not a crack. Those pieces separate from the fenders where those "cracks" are. Cracks.....

I always admired the AMX. It has a tough looking body style. Love this car but I can definitely do without the fuzzy interior. That kind of ruins it for me. Cost you a fortune to have it removed and replaced. What were they thinking when they customized this? This will be on the lot for a while unless someone has a ton of money to redo.

Absolutely exquisite, great paint-job! 360 V-8 not bad, too bad it's not a 390, or possibly a 401?.... Always liked this car a lot! Great "two-seater"car... I remember back in 1969, my father's car was in the shop at the Chevy dealer, and they gave him a loaner for 2-days. Well, It happened to be a '69 Javelin with a 343 4-speed. I remember my father was Impressed with the power! Damn good looking automobile......

Nice car but definitely bring the interior back to somewhat factory . Some of the other mods can be dealt with down the road . That car was definitely built the way the owner wanted it . (Makes you wonder) maybe after it was finished he said what have I done ?.
