Ma'am for group 3 can we add the salt solution to dil Hcl and then add nh4cl and nh4oh 🤔.. I always get confused whether we need to add dil Hcl or not? 🤔

You should restart with the fresh salt solution for group 3 then add NH4Cl followed by NH4OH

OS is the short form of original solution . So just take a pinch of given salt and add around 2-3 ml water to dissolve it. That's your OS.
