I don't know what's going on. I'm sure I uploaded that video in 4K. The first clue is the name of the file : "master-VXF1-4K" and the title of the video. The second clue is that video has been uploaded for 2 years and it's been a few months since I receive comments about the lack of 4K, never before. Maybe, YT has reduced the bitrate of 4K videos during the coronavirus and can't display the 4K version, only 1080p. I repeat : I'm sure, I uploaded a 4K version.

@@onanysundrymule3144 Ahem... I used that camcorder more than 3,5 years ago (and never since 2018), that's why I don't remember the specific target behavior. But the effect that you describe is common. The quality of the sensor and the framerate (25p) are responsible.

Je suis fan de la photographie mais je me rapproche des vidéos et je fais une recherche sur caméscope je suis tombé sur ce beau film que j'ai trouvé très cohérent avec une ambiance sympa .. Très convaincant le son avec un joli mix de musique et de son ambiant .. Félicitations

Merci pour le commentaire sympa. Pour la peine, je vous livre un petit secret si vous ne l'avez pas pressenti. Aucune musique ou chant n'a été insérée) depuis un catalogue musical, tous les sons proviennent de sons directs du terrain, il est vrai, "captés en vue d'un montage".

ah ah. :) Straight from the camera, except post-stabilization on two or three footages (I don't remember the exact number). But the stabilizer of VXF1 is very good (e.g first footage).

Was this all shot in intelligent auto? Are the HD picture controls all on their default setting of zero?

No, it depends on the footages. But, most of the pictures were shooted with iAuto.

Merci. Beau "documentaire" sur l'Iran et on voit la qualité de la vidéo. Un beau produit. Question: en intérieur, en journée avec un temps ombragé, ça donne quoi? Et pareillement la nuit dans une pièce éclairée par une lampe, si vous pouviez faire ces deux exemples, ça aide beaucoup à se faire une idée des possibilités en faible luminosité.

Content que ça vous ait plu. La vidéo sur KZbin, qui ne s'est peut-être pas faite en un jour, est libre d'accès pour le grand-public et téléchargable gratuitement en 4K si besoin. Parallèlement, 50 fichiers-tests natifs sont proposés sur notre site. Je vous invite à vous les procurer, il y a des scènes de nuit et en intérieur, je ne peux pas les mettre sur YT. ​@Jack London Pas de gimbal, mais le stabilisateur fonctionne en 4K, 5 axes ou pas. Ensuite j'ai des techniques de maintien de la caméra, c'est tout, faut pas chercher compliqué... :) . Concernant Pana, les relations sont bonnes mais je ne suis pas l'un de leurs ambassadeurs, ils ne font d'ailleurs pas appel à des ambassadeurs pour les camescopes, juste à des mannequins parfois.

Bonjour, bravo pour ce beau reportage qui me fait réagir. Je suis de "l"ancien monde" et j'utilise encore un camescope Sony cx-740 qui filme en AVCHD, fait de belles images et est équipé d'un super stabilisateur d'objectif qui me semble bien plus performant que celui du Pana HC-VXF1 en regard de votre test. Alors, comme beaucoup je me dis qu'il est peut être temps de passer à la 4K et j'hésite entre le Pana VX F1 et le VXF 990 ou le Sony AX 53. Votre avis SVP si c'est possible. Merci

Bonjour, merci pour votre avis et vos compliments; KZbin, qui est plus un media "de réactions", est mal adapté à vous détailler les avantages et les défauts éventuels de ces 3 modèles, d'autant que ce qui plait à Paul ne plait pas forcément à Jacques ou à Michel ! Il faut entrer dans le détail de chaque appareil pour y voir clair car ce sont 3 très bons modèles. En revanche, ces 3 modèles ont été longuement testés avec des fichiers natifs et je vous invite à consulter ces articles complets (consultables en accès Premium) . le X920 est un superbe modèle, donc vous allez peu sentir de différence en extérieur en hd. En intérieur, le VXF1 est supérieur. Je vous invite à consulter des fichiers-tests avnt de vous décider. Et merci pour vos compliments au passage.

Good news, it works again today. But I don't know why, maybe the HD encoding was working (only SD was displaying in my Back Office) and has locked the play. Or "Iran" caused censhorship's error but that's only a touristic video.
