Is it safe to say that they no longer test for perpendicular (not parallel) parking? I remember they used to have it done between two narrow cones, so it was always wise to use a compact car on the test.

I can't say for sure what type of parking the examiner will choose. But based on the experience of the last examinees, they parked at the curb. But of course if you can do all types of parking it will be wonderful.

Hello. If you’re talking regarding left turn (09:10) from Grandview to Glenoaks, to the second line, yes you’re allowed. Because only your line is allowed to turn left, middle line is allowed to go street ahead and right line is allowed to go to right. In case if 2 lines are allowed to turn left and you’re on left line, you need to turn to left line as.

Well done for noticing. The speed from the video recorder sometimes does not show correctly (+-5 mph). It was 30 mph. On the exam, up to +4 mph from the established rules on a certain street are allowed. It is also bad to drive slower than the flow of cars.

I'm not a teacher, but yes, you can go to the center from the left line. Because in this case only 1 left line leads to the left. In case when we have 2 lines going to the left, we need to follow some rules. From the leftmost lane, we can only turn to the leftmost lane.
