I do a similar system but instead of 6 balls I rack a set of 15 balls so an 8 ball rack and break them and just try my best to run all 15 and see where I am I personally find that better but Dr Dave's RDS system isn't bad either. It's a bit torture at first but it'll get better and fun once you improve and practice to get better. I'm thinking of about getting back into RDS and I think I should since I feel more capable of going through the levels better now than I was before

It’s just a way of measuring your progress. Yea, if you’re a bit of advanced players the first few levels are boring, but still a good warm-up if you try to do it properly and focus on your stroke

Dude, I know it's tough to get open source music, but... c'mon. That was torture. You'd be better off with silence, or the sounds of the balls.

Geez, I just read what I said, and it was harsh. I'm sorry. I've become one of those KZbin commentors that I disdain, especially since I don't know the ins and outs of how to put music over content -- I've just heard that copyrighted stuff will get taken down. I'm sure that if you could put anything over it, your choice of music would be fine -- but you can't, right? Anyways, I love that Dr. Dave runout, I do it, too. I'm looking for more drills like it. Its tough not living with your parents, and its hard not to be a dick. So i guess you generally take the easy way out. Except for the 1 second it takes to turn the volume down of course.

No worries Robert. No offense taken. Everything depends on your level, but personally I love the brain wash and the line up. There are over 60 drills on my channel with 2 more coming every week
