I picked up the Tanked version of this Compressor about a year and a half ago, it was $105 for the compressor, a hose, the same "no name" airbrush, 5 paints(they were the only meh part of the kit) and a set of nozzle brushes it's been great. And for just starting out it's a fantastic kit!

I used one of these for many years with great success myself! The awesome part is now you can buy tank kits so down the line or when funds allow someone could upgrade to that instead of buying a complete new compressor.

Really nice of you to do these giveaways. I remember way back when I first started airbrushing I had to use a spare car tire for an air source. Talk about a PITA when you ran out of air at 1AM and needed to run to the gas station for a fill up. Those were the days LOL.

That's incredibly quiet for that level of airbrush compressor. Of course, long term durability will be important to track...maybe do a re-visit several months out. Thanks for taking the time to review this.

I just started airbrushing with one of those portable units after having seen a previous video with it in there. Sadly, after a month and only a couple of really smooth uses, the little compressor just stopped, still charges and shows power, but won't run any air. I am now shopping for another cheap entry and your videos are super appreciated. With any luck, the comment algorithm will pick me and I won't have to worry about sourcing a new compressor. Cheers.

Awesome review my friend. I agree completely with your take on Gaahleri. I purchased the Ghad-39 Advanced $39 airbrush to compliment my badger renegade velocity. The gaahleri cost half as much as the badger but I find I use it way more. Thanks for the recommendation on the Gaahleri brand. I couldn't be happier. I went with the Fortress 2gal and love it as it support the Anesta RG/3, the LPH-50 with the 1.0 and fan, and the LPH-80 with the 1.2 and fan. Great guns!!

I got this compressor for Christmas a little bit ago. And I'm still using it. Affordable and solid for the price. I can't even hear it over my music. Though one recommendation that I have for someone that has people that live below them, use something soft on the feet. Depending on what your floor is, the sound disperses through the feet to the floor.
