I literally JUST watched Chloe Rose’s video testing this book and I kept thinking about how fun it would be to watch you test it too. Then I updated KZbin and there it was! 😂❤ Love how you did it, I’m so inspired right now. Definitely buying this book, I think it’s such a cool concept.

That gold leaf marker is SHINY! ✨ It was the perfect accent for your second page. I was so excited when I saw this video pop up! It's fun to see how other artists are completing the pages. My favorite season is summer ☀ I love being able to wear shorts without freezing haha And the sunshine makes me happy.

Hey Mira! This is really cool, and you had some really fun and interesting interpretations! Another really fun idea is to take something like rice, pasta noodles, rocks, or anything like that, and to spread it on a piece of paper, and outline the blob or shape it creates. When you remove the material, you have a cool organic original island/land continent and you can make your own map/world! Going the extra mile to tear the edges of the paper and stain it a light brown with inks or watercolors really makes it look old and aged. It’s really fun and I encourage you to try it as a simple activity :)

I have that same book, but am thinking of using the pictures to NOT draw what people would initially think, and transforming them to something different. Like for the page with the large yellow looking flowers, I'm thinking of making them into bugs. On the page that you were doing around 10:30, I was picturing the green being seeaweed and the pinks being seahorses. Pretty fun stuff!

I absolutely adore the line work you did on the sunflower-looking one! I also think that using the copics was such a great idea! I intend to try to create my own version of the reverse coloring book pages to draw on. I've watched your other youtube artist friend's videos using this book, and I had so many ideas, many of which you included in this video!! It's so satisfying to watch my ideas come to life and that we had the same thoughts! It brings me so much joy-thank you!

And i was so worried about buying this book when i found out about it! But after watching this i realized i can do so much with my art! Its not about how good it is or how creative i have to be- its just a nice surface where i can put enough in and i cant be judged for it! Second! Everyone Has Different Outlooks! On one page i saw a bunch A Seahorses!! And other people might see.. Well Anything!! I love how creative you can get with this book! Lastly, I Want to Thank You Mira For Making Me Feel Happy About my art! No matter what it is- i Cant Be Judged!! Its my art and its beautiful No Matter what i Do!! Tysm Mira I Love you!

Now, I don’t know… maybe fall.
@crystalfranklin2583 Жыл бұрын
For the aesthetics, I like Spring and autumn most, but, as it happens, those 2 seasons have been very unkind to me where my allergies and asthma are concerned. For activity, I prefer summer. I kinda love hibernating in the winter, but I loathe being cold. I love swimming, camping and hiking when it's warm out. It's very interesting and inspiring seeing how different artists approach these reverse coloring books. Thank you for sharing your version. I'm very eager to try some of the varying techniques and yes, create some of my very own reverse coloring pages and ask someone else to do the line work and see how their perceptions differ from my own. I think I actually enjoy the abstract ones most. They can go in pretty much any direction and even the same person's perspective of the exact same page can very just by changing your viewing angle, by rotating the page and viewing it sideways or upside down. Art like this is so fun and so freeing!

Okay I commented before I saw it. I thought the point was to create a drawing from a random blob. I can do tracing but ahhhh I’m much more of colorer and one who prefers color by number so the pressure is really off.
@carolbydesign Жыл бұрын
I love the first and last ones. The second one isn't bad, it's just a bit too abstract for me. Although I kept hoping you'd see the seahorse right above the right? gold coral...lol. My favourite season is winter, then fall, then spring, I hate summer because it gets way too hot and dry where I live (Sacramento, California). If summer wasn't so hot I'd enjoy it more because our days are longer so I can go do my errands later (I don't drive so I have to walk everywhere, so longer daylight is safer).

The purpose of this book is for everyone to draw lines according to their interpretations. What you choose to draw and what I choose to draw will be very different, and that's totally okay. That's the beauty of a reverse coloring book.
